2 - A Memory of SnowThere used to be that lovely cascade of laughter. Those blizzards blanketing the streets with a sheet of white snow. The kids would smile and rush out. Oh, the fun to be had! Even when it became sleet, they’d be making the most of days free. Snowballs always flying, the wars of who’s a cut above the rest. The snowmen tall as buildings (for that’s what they’d all claim), that triumph rising in the sky, showing the best2 - A Memory of Snow
of an era of snow. Proud showcases of that enthusiasm of youth, until the sun came and washed them all away.
Now, with snow, there’s just a symphony of silence.
